隆Mucho gusto! I am Jose, a native speaker of Spanish from Valencia, Spain.
I have a degree in Hispanic Philology from the Universidad de Salamanca.
I鈥檓 available to teach students from 11 years and upward. I have experience teaching students from many different levels and nationalities, both privately and professionally.
I offer classes for Exam preparations (DELE) and specialized courses for Business.

Education

As a Spanish Philologist with a C2 level in English I am capable of understanding my native language through the eyes of an English speaker so as to facilitate their understanding and learning. I am educated in every aspect of Spanish, be it grammar, syntax, morphology, vocabulary or phonetics, as well as the grammatic necessities that come with each level of understanding Spanish.

Teaching style

I've taught Spanish to foreigners as a private tutor in Valencia for over 3 years now, ranging from exchange university students to adults working in Spanish speaking businesses. I learnt that each sudent requires its own unique approach and I work hard to merge our material with the student necessities. I prioritize oral communication, beliving it is one of the best way to develop fluency in any language, as well as making sure that the basic language foundations are clear to the student.

Hobbies

I love literature, particularly post-modernist authors but I also enjoy the classics.
I play role-playing games with my friends such as Dungeons and Dragons and enjoy building and painting model kits.
I work out at the gym and try to keep an active lifestyle by going on hikes or walks around Valencia with my younger brother or my friends.

Spanish (Native), English (Advanced).

I've visited or lived in the following countries: United Kingdom, Belgium, Holland, Germany, Italy and Egypt.
