Introduction

Carmen is a bilingual professional teacher of Portuguese to Foreigners, a qualified communicator who graduated in Public Relations in Rio de Janeiro and also has a Masters in Translation and Interpretation. She has plenty of experience in the international and enterprise environments as well as in the communication field.

She has taught courses that required high-performance teacher's training, these include; Wise Up, Alian莽a Cultural, Wizard, Bridge, Hello Portuguese and others. She has traveled abroad and lives in the U.S. where she attended an American university, which gave her great cultural flexibility.

I am an experienced bilingual professional teacher and communicator. I am a native of Brazil with a wide breadth of experience and passion for the Brazilian and American cultures and their languages (Portuguese-English).

I work with all language skills and methods, yet my main specialty is making students speak and communicate well in Portuguese. I work directly on their speech and its construction through the Communicative Approach along with modern technologies. I customize my students experience according to their main goals and I have many success cases. I love what I do :)"
